Ready those arms, mates! There's about to be an uprisin'! Sticks and stones will be breaking bones, but words make advertisements cooler! The Fortress Faceoffs team is back with a new event this season to try out some old-fashioned archery! That's right, this action-packed hunter holiday isn't gonna hide much longer! Come participate in the Bowmann Brawl Tournament, featuring teams of five competing against one another to see who's got the sharpest eye and the least impact wounds! Battles will take place across five lovely landscapes designed to test who's the best at "standin' around like a bloody idiot" on the objective! The eight teams of kings who stand highest on the hilltop will move on to the Fortress Faceoffs livestreams to celebrate their glory on the big screen!
Be sure to get in quick! This is the first of many minor events to come! Hosted around April and October, future minor events will be announced only in the Fortress Faceoffs Discord and limited to a smaller player count. This event is restricted to 24 teams for North America and Europe, so be sure to get in and apply before April 6th! The games begin on April 14th! See you there!

And you had better believe those trees will not be on our side, despite that holiday everyone celebrates right about now. Now pack your guns, because your tour of duty has BEGUN!
Operation Binary Blackout is a holiday Mann vs. Machine charity event brought to you by Moonlight MvM featuring 7 intermediate missions and 13 advanced missions. Defeat the hordes of robots in this community tour and earn up to 3 in-game medals! Event servers are available worldwide in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
If fighting off robots isn't enough for you, there is also a charity drive for Child's Play aimed at benefiting the lives of children at hospitals around the world. Cash or item donations of at least $5 USD will earn an in-game donor medal! Click here for information on how to donate!

The temperature is low, but the spirits are high! The annual 72 Hour Jam is back once more to fill your heart with creative cheer! This year, the Jam’s charity drive is supporting St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Anyone who donates $5 or more to the drive is eligible to receive this year’s in-game charity medal. Starting Friday, December 17th, at 6pm GMT (10am PST), you have 72 hours to make whatever Team Fortress 2 creation you can think of! Whether it be a map, model, artwork, or even another game entirely, anything goes as long as it's Team Fortress 2 related! Additionally, you are able to earn another medal simply by participating!

Run the gauntlet with a friend as two different classes to form the best combo since 2Fort and defeat your enemies 20 times to win (like in MGE)! Maps have been chosen to provide the most even balance for all 9 classes, and weapons are hand-picked to keep Scout's health insurance in good shape. A Halloween-inspired take on the traditional Mann vs Machine dynamic, Operation Hexadecimal Horrors features 48 brand new missions spread across more than 10 new, returning, and spookified maps! The campaign will run until November 30th, so don't wait! Servers are available in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
On an entirely different, less scary topic: a charity drive benefiting The Trevor Project will be running in tandem with the campaign. In-game medals are available for those who donate $5 or more! Check out the website to learn how to donate and how to play!
A Drop of Delight is a 12-hour community charity live stream event on September 19th, 2021, from 12 PM - 12 AM EDT!
The event benefits Just a Drop, a charity organization helping to provide clean water in developing countries. The live stream will feature different TF2 content creators and competitive players alike in a variety of fun activities! They'll also be giving away nine different Unusuals!

BlapBash 2021 has begun! Familiar TF2 personalities and communities gathered on August 28th and 29th to raise money for SpecialEffect! TFConnect is back with another action-packed, content-filled charity livestream event - but this time, instead of taking place during the harsh, unforgiving months of winter, they’re coming at you during the scorching, equally as unforgiving months of summer!
The Midsummer Mashup is a weekend-long charity fundraising livestream taking place during the weekend of June 26-27th, starting at 6pm BST / 1pm EDT, and is focused around the Team Fortress 2 community in support of Stop AAPI Hate, an organization that responds to incidents of hate and discrimination against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.
They're going to have your favorite content creators playing PropHunt and Freak Fortress, as well as interviews with Item-makers, mappers, and developers! There's something for everyone to watch, and even play, in the Midsummer Mashup!

Following the North American Community Clash, EssentialsTF and DreamHack are now hosting an online TF2 tournament in Europe over two weekends beginning on June 12th! Players will be competing for a $2,400 prize pool, and the tournament will feature an open bracket so all teams can get their chance at glory against the best of the best! There will also be a smaller tournament, featuring a $90 prize pool, for players who are new to competitive TF2.
The main event begins with the group stages on June 12-13th beginning at 17:00 CEST, followed by the playoffs on June 19-20th beginning at 15:00 CEST.
EssentialsTF is also partnering with TFNew in providing a Newbie Team Drive for the upcoming European DreamHack Newcomer Clash. This is for players who are new to competitive and want the chance to get on a team for the event with a mentor who will help teach them the basics of Competitive 6v6.
Signups for both the main and newcomer tournaments will end June 6th at 01:00 CEST, so be sure to get registered soon! You can watch the tournament live on the EssentialsTF Twitch channel, and you can get more information about the event, such as the full schedule, on Clash.TF.
