Last day to register for ESEA League Season 10! This season features $80,000 in cash prizes including a LAN event for all invite division playoffs. There's a whole host of other updates and changes to this year's season so be sure to check out their site for details and sign up.
With the fall comes a new season of Highlander over at ETF2L. Everyone is welcome and teams will be grouped together by region and skill level. In game items are planned to be handed out to all participants who finish their season. Signups are open today until October 30 with the first week of play starting Sunday November 6!

The Drunken Brawl! (yes, exclamation mark included) has teamed up with eXtv to host their first ever MyGamingEdge mod tournament. They're hosting three 32-man brackets; Soldier, Scout, and Demoman. The event starts Saturday, October 15 at 1PM EST. As if playing the game wasn't reward enough, first place prizes for each bracket is an unusual hat for each class. Very spiffy.

Anyway, check out this awesome new Team Fortress 2 theme song that's had us chuckling all afternoon. It was written and performed by someone called brentalfloss, who we assume is also an incredibly famous country music star, like Garth Yoakum or Miley Cyrus's dad. The MyGamingEdge North American Cup is almost here! 64 teams will compete in the open bracket to face a hand picked set of 12 teams based on their ESEA Season 9 rankings. Registration is free and closes October 8 at 5:00PM EST.
The third ETF2L Ultiduo Cup has arrived! So far 58 teams have signed up and more are welcome. This cup features a 64/128 single elimination best of three setup with $300 for first and $100 for second. All teams will get a chance to play three matches at a minimum. American teams are encouraged to sign up with the server being hosted in London. Further details are available on the ETF2L website.
The ESEA League Season 9 LAN playoffs kick off today at 5PM CST and end Sunday September 25 and will be broadcast live online. This is the LAN playoffs for the invite division of the online regular season which features all the top North American players vying for this season's prize purse of $67,000! The tournament includes not only Team Fortress but Counter-Strike as well.
The LAN playoffs are a best of three double elimination bracket. Here are the official seeds:
